At Sharp Vision Sports, we are committed to delivering your cricket bats, kits, and sports gear quickly and securely. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Meerut, UP (250110) within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: We partner with premium logistics providers, including Delhivery, to ensure reliable service across India.
- Estimated Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and pin code.
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, regional disruptions, or logistical constraints outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking ID(s).
- The tracking ID will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
- You can track your package directly through the tracking link provided in the confirmation message or via our courier partner’s official tracking portal.
4. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin)
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are completely accurate at checkout.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Sharp Vision Sports takes great care in securely packing your cricket gear, including our premium hard tennis bats.
- If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if the box is visibly crushed or torn.
- If you discover damage after opening the package, please contact our support team immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the courier.
- If your tracking shows as “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with our logistics partner.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship primarily within India. If you are looking to place an international order, please contact us directly at our support email for a custom shipping quote.
